Each town & city within Rhode Island, except for New Shoreham (Block Island), has at least one numbered Motorway. When by using virtually all New England states, existence the numbered Expressway doesn't necessarily imply being state maintained; several Expressway come locally maintained, & numerous multitudinous roads come state maintained.
